Partnerships and Commissioning

The Partnerships and Commissioning Team works with partners across the public, voluntary, community, and private sectors to deliver the priorities of the Police and Crime Plan. Through commissioning, contract management, and partnership working, we ensure services are effective, provide value for money, and make a positive difference to communities.

Our focus is on understanding local needs, investing in services to achieve better outcomes, and working collaboratively to improve community safety, support victims, reduce offending, and help build stronger, safer communities.
