Pathways to Work

PATHWAYS TO WORK

What is Pathways to Work?

Pathways to Work is a referral gateway to support people who are facing health or other personal challenges which affect their working potential.

Whether that is someone experiencing physical or mental health challenges which are affecting their work opportunities, someone in need of a skills refresh following redundancy or a parent wanting to work but needing flexibility – we can help.

Pathways to Work can also help businesses to recruit, retain or support staff to help employees thrive and stay in work.

We help people like Sharon:

Sharon's quote: "I received help with job searching, physiotherapy, and wellbeing...it's changed my life"
