Building Future Talent Through Meaningful Experiences: At Insight, we believe modern work experience should be more than a week spent observing from the sidelines. Today's young people need engaging, hands-on opportunities that help them understand the skills, behaviours and career pathways that exist within modern businesses.

That's why we're proud to support education providers across South Yorkshire through a range of activities designed to bring learning to life and strengthen connections between education and industry.

One way we do this is through our Teacher Encounters (see the video below), giving educators the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into today's workplace. By understanding emerging technologies, workplace trends and the skills employers value most, teachers can take these experiences back into the classroom and help make learning more relevant for their students. Strong partnerships with educators play a vital role in preparing young people for future careers and ensuring learning reflects the realities of the modern workplace.  

We also deliver T Level Taster Days, including our popular Finance in Action experience. These interactive sessions allow students to step into real-world business scenarios, explore the role finance plays in organisational decision-making and develop critical thinking, teamwork and problem-solving skills. By connecting classroom learning to practical business challenges, students gain a clearer understanding of how their studies can translate into future careers.

Alongside these activities, our work experience programmes provide students with valuable opportunities to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with professionals and develop essential employability skills.
