Investing in infrastructure, including highways is a key part of our efforts to unlock economic growth in the South Yorkshire region.

This project is currently in delivery. This project will deliver a significant mixed use development on 122 ha of land, comprising 43 hectares of employment land and 1,700 new homes. 

This project, which is currently in delivery, includes a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government’s continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.

This investment is planning to deliver 3510 net jobs.
