Ensuring the facilities that learners in our vocational education facilities are the best they can be is an important priority for the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority. 

This project has developed a new centre for higher level skills in Rotherham. A newly built centre at Doncaster Gate provides higher level skills and education focused on the delivery of higher and degree apprenticeships, short courses and foundation degrees. 

This project, which has completed, included a contribution from the Government’s Local Growth Fund resources which is part of the Government’s continued investment in the Northern Powerhouse.
