Inclusive Growth

SYMCA commissioned the Centre for Regional, Economic and Social Research (CRESR) understand how inclusive growth can be embedded in strategies, policies and programmes within the region. The research presents key findings from the research and makes recommendations for incorporating inclusive growth in strategic policy at SYMCA.

Yorkshire, Humberside and the North East Productivity Forum 

Eight Regional Productivity Forums (RPFs) have been launched across the UK, as part of the £32 million ESRC-funded Productivity Institute. Each will inform and shape the development and implementation of the Institute’s research agenda and practical business interventions.

Cities Team ONS

The Centre for Subnational Analysis includes a team of around 20 staff across ONS sites that conduct analysis on economic, social and spatial data topics. They work across departments to drive delivery of analysis for smaller geographies across the UK.
