CUSTOMER PRINCIPLES SURVEY
South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) is asking for views on what our Customer Principles should be for transport. Your views are essential to determine how we deliver a positive customer experience for an integrated transport network across the region.
A public survey asking for people’s views is running between 19 November and 3 December 2025.
