Struggling to get into work or stay in work because of your health or other challenges? You are not alone - we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
Pathways to Work is South Yorkshire’s joined-up support offer for people who are facing challenges with work due to their health or other circumstances. If you’re either out of work, looking for a job, returning to work, or need help to stay in work, our friendly and trained advisors are here to guide you. They will take the time to understand your situation and match you with the right support to meet your individual needs and circumstances.
You might have heard of services like WorkWell, Connect to Work, or UKSPF- they’re all part of Pathways to Work.
When you’re ready, just fill in a short referral form (it takes less than 5 minutes), and we’ll help you find the best support for your needs.
